AIFM
Altarius is an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) licensed and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Our licence allows us to passport our services to any of the EU's 26 member states subject to proper notifications being made.
By ensuring portfolio management and risk management services, on top of monitoring compliance on governance and regulatory level, we make sure you only need to focus on the performance of your investments.
Investment Adviser under SEC
As a ManCo, we are also licensed under the SEC as an Investment Adviser (exempt Reporting Adviser). Advice about securities not only includes advice about specific securities, but may also include advice about market trends, the selection or retention of other advisers, the advantages of investing in securities over other types of investments (such as coins or real estate), the furnishing of a selective list of securities, and asset allocation.
